From accounting to financial recruiting to higher education, I’ve always been drawn to nurturing individual potential. By helping people find, acknowledge, and respect their authentic selves, I equip companies and communities with bold leaders who generate results.

 

For nearly a decade at the renowned UBC Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, I spearheaded coaching services and programs available for over 44,000 graduates around the world.

Now, I run my own coaching practice, where I create moments of genuine engagement and connection for clients, organizations, and, yes, schools. I’m motivated by working with individuals who crave something more out of life, whether they are mid-career or seasoned professionals. My work has taken me internationally, and I’ve coached people in Canada, the USA, UK, Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. It’s been a ride!
